would like to welcome you to 安idnica’s County Council official
website where we aim to introduce you information about our region.
County
安idnica is located in Lower Silesian Voivodeship in the south-western
part of the Republic of Poland. It covers an area of 743 km2 and has a
population of 160k. The county consists of eight municipalities. A
well-developed network of roads and railway lines ensures good
communication with the rest of the country and Poland's western and
southern neighbours: Germany and the Czech Republic.
County
安idnica is a rapidly developing region with beautiful landscapes,
various historical places and a fast growing economy. The 15th century
Cathedral of St. Stanislaus, St. Venceslaus and Church of Peace- both
monuments are situated in 安idnica, the Industry and Railway Museum in
Jaworzyna 奸御ka, Gross-Rosen Museum in Rogo幡ica, Foundation Krzy穎wa
for Mutual Understanding evoke interest from tourists both from Poland
and abroad. Many events organized within the county’s borders have
national and international status like International Horse Trail in
Morawa, Motor Racing Krause and International Folklore Festival in
Strzegom. County 安idnica offers the ideal conditions for investors.
The dynamically developing subzones of Wa豚rzych Special Industry Zone
located in 安idnica, 畝r闚, 安iebodzice and Strzegom are the best
proof, that our County provides suitable conditions for several business
branches, which convinced the local entrepreneurs and several investors
from USA, Sweden, Japan and Germany.
Additionally,
we have been maintaining a very successful cooperation with our national
and international partners- Polish counties Kartuzy, υwicz and
Zakopane, County Bergstra絽 in Germany and Town Ji鴈n in Czech
Republic.
